I will never use the Smashburger app to order food in the future. My order was for 2 hamburgers and fries. I arrived at the store at the time the food was estimated to be done on the app. I waited another 12 minutes to get a bag of food. I saw an employee load a bag with a burger and fries and put it up on the counter, it sat there for 12 minutes before another burger was put in it and given to me. I knew I was screwed, because I already had paid for it on the app. Lesson learned. Adios Smashburger, I'll stick to 5 Guys for my future burgers.

It felt like there was no heat on at all. It had to be low 60's in the restaurant. It was cold and rainy outside and I'd expect the restaurant to be at a warm temperature. The food is outstanding but the time it takes to even place your order is ridiculous. Having one person run everything up front is really absurd. This shows a lack of respect for the customers time. They've decided to not offer salt any longer, and the soda machine was out of order, too. The restrooms are always gross. It's really unfortunate, because eventually people will continue to stop going to Smashburger. I'm a business owner and I'm quite certain the sales at this location (probably all) have dropped significantly from 5 years ago, due to all of these problems. It's mind boggling to me that the person running all Smashburger's doesn't get it. This is basic stuff!

Greasy, dirty, overrated. They don’t clean the fryer the burger was bland and they took way too long with my order. I’d rather go to McDonalds than even think about eating here again. Unless you enjoy eating dirty fried grease and bland dry food DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The hamburgers here are so good! The sauce, bun, toppings, and the fantastic patty are 100% worth it. I got the classic original with all the toppings and some delicious tater tots. The chocolate shake is 10/10 as

Arrived ordered and waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers. I ordered the brisket burger and wife had avocado burger. Cheese on my burger was hard and cold. asked for Smash tots and received cold and hard grease soaked smash fries. The avocado burger had a tiny patty on the inside and was sloppily put together. My wallet doesn’t deserve this. To make matters worse we would have been on time to our movie but had to send back our nasty food. Is there no quality check when it’s being brought out to the table? No reason. food that is done being cooked should be allowed to get cold before delivering to the customers table. At $21 average per person you really need to do better. This was hands down the worst experience that I have had at your establishment and will think very hard before coming here again. Took the trays back and asked for them to be remade 10 minutes later employe comes back to ask if we had fries or tots lol

Never been to a Smash Burger, tried a truffle mushroom burger and got something the size of a Jr. bacon cheeseburger that looked like it was sitting out for a while cause the cheese was hard and it was COLD! My half full cup of tots with the pool of oil on the bottom was the highlight. Bad part is, I don't know if this is the norm for smashburger or not.
