“This is my wife and I‘s new favorite Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins. Food is super fresh and authentic. High quality margs also made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the fish tacos and quad grapefruit Paloma. Will the bartender always provides great service and great drinks!“
“My husband and I came for our 4th anniversary, and we had the best time. We told our server, Hailee, about the occasion and by the end of the night 3 other staff members had stopped by to tell us congratulations.The staff was so amazing and kind. “One of our favorite bands were playing last night at immortal bar, Whiskey Road. Great venue, the bar is a little bit different and the only negative thing I have to say is about the smoke machine that goes off periodically while the band is playing, it was just too much.“
“Finally got the courage to go back after last time and the temperature is perfect now so it's a cozy coffee shop again. Oh and they are making their own burritos again and they are delicious! They allow you to choose your own meat and spicy level. I really like that they have hot as an option. If this keeps up I will keep coming back. I also like the selection they had for quiche on a Thursday.“

“We had a great night at Outriders Bar & Grill singing karaoke! I can't believe it is the same place; the remodel turned out great, modern. The atmosphere, drinks, and burgers were delicious; we were given many homemade fries. We highly recommend Outriders Bar & Grill.“
“My friend and I stopped here for lunch, specifically because they were accepting dogs on their patio. We were in the area from out of town for a dog event, and this place was perfect. We ordered the artichoke dip as an appetizer, loved that it came with veggies and chips. We ordered a burger patty and chicken breast for the dogs' lunch, and they accommodated not seasoning them for the dogs! My friend and I both got fish and chips, the fries were amazing, and so was the fish! I loved the rootbeer, and would totally stop by here to eat again next time I'm in the area.“

They were very accommodating in having TVs turned to the right station - and even when the race was delayed, they reached out to make sure our party was still happening so they'd have the staff to accommodate- I was very impressed that they recalled such details of a party. Preordered food that came out in perfect timing, staff was AMAZING.“
“Had an absolutely amazing experience tonight taking my kiddos out to eat the crew was amazing especially kat who not only helped me have an awesome ordering experience but answered my questions about my drink and helped make it one of the best here from fuzzys to Austin who brought me my meal and then I realized I missed one of my kiddos allergies not only did he make sure I didn't feel negative about it but fixed it ten fold I've had a few rough experiences here lately and these two make me remember how much I loved this place not only will I be continuing to enjoy my experience here but also will be sending all my friends and family here to enjoy an amazing meal and an awesome environment“
“We just had lunch there today, 3-2-24, we had a great time our server Fernando was great, we like our food spicey so he spiced up our meals and salsa just right for our taste. By the way the complementary chips are great, warm out of the fryer. I had the Torta Ahogada and it was excellent! The Wife had the Tecate Burrito and she chose steak, it was also excellent. I make a lot of my own Mexican food and we eat at Mexican restaurants often, this was definitely one of the best in recent memory and we will be back soon!Fernando definitely went above and beyond, we feel like we made a new friend today.“

The venue is absolutely stunning in every sense of the word, from the beautiful exposed brick, to the decked out bar area, and the lovely bridal house.Beyond just the aesthetics, the staff here are INCREDIBLE. We had Bailey as our Day of Coordinator, and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we wanted and running smoothly. I can’t even put into words how amazing she was through the entire day.The owner, Brandon, has also been so kind to us throughout the entire process and very communicative. He even stopped by the bridal house in the morning to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The bar staff was also incredible and kept us updated on where we were with the tab, and the drinks were fantastic.Our wedding was an absolute dream and I am so beyond happy we went with The Mill. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!“
