“This is my wife and I‘s new favorite Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins. Food is super fresh and authentic. High quality margs also made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the fish tacos and quad grapefruit Paloma. Will the bartender always provides great service and great drinks!“
“It's nice to find a local, family run restaurant that doesn't break the bank. Ruben's has a nice atmosphere and good food in generous portions. The owner came over to chat with us.My only quibble is that the Diablo sauce is spicy but lacks flavor. I took my leftover home and added some New Mexico red chile powder, which made it just right.“
“These lobster rolls are so good. Very fresh and delicious. The only problem I have with this place is that two separate times we have gone to a brewery specifically because they will be there and they have run out of food by time we are there. One time they were scheduled to be at a place for from 4-8. We arrived at 6:30 for them to be say they were out. I know it's hard to know how much to bring or prep but it's so delicious and it's very disappointing every time we get there to find them run out.“
“We got the BBQ Chicken, BBQ beef, Chicken Katsu, Kona Fire Chicken and the Spam musubis. Overall everything was excellent. The fire chicken was a little more on the dry side and wasn't really spicy at all. Everything else was made to perfection and tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend.“
“The Northern Colorado Indian Motorcycle Riders Group met here for a New Year’s Day luncheon get together. We found the atmosphere to be warm and inviting. The décor was colorful, and the staff was very fun and friendly. The food was delicious. We found Hacienda Real to be a great place to meet for a casual lunch.“
“My avocado crab salad was very disappointing. On a bed of large leaf spinach that looks like they just pulled it out of the package. The small amount of crab, mango and avocado were all in little pieces the size of tiny corn kernels. So many chopped onions! Terrible salad for $19The bread and dip were delicious as well as the bang bang shrimp. My husband had fish and chips and enjoyed it.Service was great.“
“We just had lunch there today, 3-2-24, we had a great time our server Fernando was great, we like our food spicey so he spiced up our meals and salsa just right for our taste. By the way the complementary chips are great, warm out of the fryer. I had the Torta Ahogada and it was excellent! The Wife had the Tecate Burrito and she chose steak, it was also excellent. I make a lot of my own Mexican food and we eat at Mexican restaurants often, this was definitely one of the best in recent memory and we will be back soon!Fernando definitely went above and beyond, we feel like we made a new friend today.“
“We went out tonight for our anniversary just as a little treat. We had never been to this restaurant but decided to give it a try as we wanted to stay in Windsor.We had a wonderful time. Server was incredibly nice and helpful. Drinks came fast. Food came fast and hot. Not a bad thing to say. We’d definitely come back. ?“
