We had a wonderful meal last night at Avon Indian Grill. They were very patient with our talkative group of seven, explaining foods and spice levels. After a slight delay in the kitchen, we were brought two extra appetizers that the owner wanted us to try. And later, two desserts were brought out as well. What an amazing place. The staff was so friendly it felt as if we’ve known each other forever. The owner came and greeted us and treated us as family. There is so much to say about the food. It was authentic and It was an experience. Flavorful and satisfying. I had the chicken biryani. The appetizers were filling and delicious. If you order a drink try the mango lassi. Takeout review:This was the second time doing takeout from Avon Indian Grill. The first time I had their chicken tikka Masala and it was very flavorful with boneless chicken breast in a creamy orange base. The meal was average size and it came with basmati rice. We also had garlic naan but I didn't like it, it was too dry and flavorless.
