Thank you for the exceptional service! The food was delicious and I was warmly greeted by both of the ladies working behind the counter. They both went above and beyond. The sandwiches were great and the hot coffee - yum! Despite being a national chain, Bruegger's Bagels makes fresh and delicious bagels every day! You can't go wrong with any bagel and they have quite a variety. Their homemade cream cheeses are top quality too. The staff is always friendly and patient. Since Covid they took away their seating, but they still have a booth or 2 where you can sit. I would say in the post Covid era Bruggers is more of a to go place rather than sit down. I must stop on the weekends for brunch.

Three incorrect bagels! I ordered a hashbrown bagel toasted with butter, a poppyseed bagel not toasted with onion chive cream cheese, and an everything bagel not toasted with bacon scallion cream cheese. I received three bagels not toasted with plain cream cheese. When I called to let them know, the employee was rude on the phone.

3rd time ordering from here in the last 6 months. Every single time something is forgotten in my order. Today they forgot a $5 container of cream cheese & included no cream & sugar for my $4 iced coffee. Coffee & bagels are y'all's main thing. How do you forget to include both the cream cheese for a bagel AND the cream & sugar for a coffee? I called 6 times to request a refund, but no one ever picked up, so I drove all the way down there just to be told that I would have to take it up with door dash. I won't be ordering from here again.

Half the time there is almost no selection for bagels which is frustrating and I presume the person is the manager, always blames the staff. She is certainly not friendly and at times rude. In the past year this store has really gone downhill. Service and selection use to be much better. I will be looking for a new bagel store

Yuck! The staff were the most unfriendly people I’ve met in ages. Attila the cashier yelled “if you’re placing an order go down there!”. I asked for two smear flavors and got barely a dusting of cream cheese. My everything bagel was almost white, and barely “everything”. I even tipped them. Never going back.

Was awesome for many years, I think change in owner not sure but quality went down. I Never stop supporting them and I have found that the quality is back to where it was. Definitely worth revisiting if you want to have the older style bagels.
Not sure why, but their idea of a "toasted bagel" is one that is warm and not really toasted. When I go there, I have to keep an eye out, and ask them to put my bagel through the toaster again.

YuckFirst of all the cash register is before the ordering station and we were rudely told where to order. Ok. Almost left as the floors were wet and still looked dirty. Ordered breakfast sandwiches ( sausage egg and cheese) and a coffee. Sandwiches were a little soggy. Not really toasted and tasted very off. Through them out and left. There are plenty of good bagel places nearby. Go somewhere else.

Bruegger's used to be decent. I am not sure what has happened to this location. Stopped in this morning for a bagel and coffee. The place is quite dingy and dirty and the staff is no better. There was a tall, middle aged gentleman making the bagels. He had a towel slung over his shoulder and i saw him wipe his face with it after dumping fresh bagels into their spots and didn't wash his hands. He looks very rough and unclean. The Hazelnut iced coffee was literally the nastiest coffee I've ever had. I think i am all set with this location. ??

First time at this location and to be honest, will not be returning. While I absolutely LOVE Bruegger’s Bagels I left with a bad taste in my mouth and decided I would not leave the parking lot until I had left this review. First of all, the location is dingy and a little dirty. 2 of the 3 girls working there were very friendly and cordial, thanking me and telling me to have a nice day. The one lady, with intricately braided red hair who came up from the back of the store was NOT. Initially when she stopped to help help 2 younger girls at the register she was animated, friendly and smiling and conversing with them, I can only assume they were regulars. When I went back up to purchase a small bagel bundle to go, she acted like I was bothering her, stone faced, no smile, very mumbled. While at the register she rang up my purchase and by the time I had inserted my card in the machine and finalized my purchase she had simply walked off, with no thank you or have a nice day or come again, leaving my receipt hanging from the top of the register. I stood there a little shocked waiting for her to come back, but she went to the other side of the counter, so I gathered my bagels, my son and my bag and left feeling very angry. So utterly disappointed!! Don’t treat certain customers one way and other another way. It was so very obvious, O always try to treat retail and food employees with dignity and respect. I always try to be kind and thank them for their help, but this behavior was horrible, and I will NOT be returning to this location ever again. I will be happy to drive to Wallingford to get my Bruegger’s fix from now on…
