Despite being a national chain, Bruegger's Bagels makes fresh and delicious bagels every day! You can't go wrong with any bagel and they have quite a variety. Their homemade cream cheeses are top quality too. The staff is always friendly and patient. Since Covid they took away their seating, but they still have a booth or 2 where you can sit. I would say in the post Covid era Bruggers is more of a to go place rather than sit down. I must stop on the weekends for brunch.
Half the time there is almost no selection for bagels which is frustrating and I presume the person is the manager, always blames the staff. She is certainly not friendly and at times rude. In the past year this store has really gone downhill. Service and selection use to be much better. I will be looking for a new bagel store

Thank you for the exceptional service! The food was delicious and I was warmly greeted by both of the ladies working behind the counter. They both went above and beyond. The sandwiches were great and the hot coffee - yum! Kudo's to Bruegger's Bagels in Avon. :)Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp in the plaza that leads to the door of Bruegger's is well maintained and very accessible.
