VERY friendly. Coffee is your Dunkin coffee as you'd expect. But they are slowwwwwwww. I speak to this from many experiences. Just last week, I waited 18 minutes for an iced coffee to be made.

I didn't actually go to the Dunkin donuts,I just made a purchasefrom the convenience store. Dunkin is in the same site. But it looked clean, full options.
