The person who serve us is called FANIA, she has very bad customer service she was talking to me with a lot attitude and rushing me to complete my order. I had really bad experience with her.

Most orders put through thi dunkn will be missing items or incorrect, even with no drive thru line, wait times can be 15 minutes or longer for a few hot items. I would highly dismiss using this dunkn and going to the one a mile down the road.

I didn't actually go to the Dunkin donuts,I just made a purchasefrom the convenience store. Dunkin is in the same site. But it looked clean, full options. I'll be driving this route a bit often now, so I'll go in and get photos and a full better review later this week.Parking: It's a gas station with a convenience store and dunkin is located inside.

I am a local to Bethel, and I have been coming to this Dunkin for 3 years. I got here for the convenience and friendly staff. My coffee has always been 6.30$ a large coffee with two shots of espresso added. Today it was 8.44$ I asked the employee why it was so much. He said “ the owners raised the prices “ I am disgusted and appalled of the greed of the people who own and run this store. There are plenty of good coffee places around town that are far cheaper that treat locals right. It’s disgusting that you would think it’s okay to rip off good hard working people. Almost 9$ for a cup of coffee. This is one of the busiest locations in bethel/ Danbury. Now you want more money from people. You have no business being in this town trying to squeeze the money out of the good hard working people who live and work here. Absolutely deplorable.

I was there today 7/6/23, waiting in line, one girl was on the food line, which is her job the other girl was working drive thru, a girl was behind the counter, looked right at me, didn't say anything, like I will be right with you and grabbed a spoon to mix the iced tea, if she said something to me I would have waited. I looked behind me and there were four people behind me, I feel sorry for them. I left the line and got cold coffee in a bottle, I was looking for a hot cup of coffee. Paulo needs to come back, I'm sorry, there isn't no management there anymore.

This is not just any Dunkin- like others have said, this Dunkin is special because the employees here make sure everyone is taken care even during their busy morning rush! I had gone to this Dunkin for years and have always been happy with the service here. I haven't been here in over four years and recently stopped by every morning while I was in the area for work. There is one gentleman here who always makes sure to get to know you and tell you good morning and have a great day. The workers get beyond busy and could definitely use some extra hands but they make it work navigating walk in customers, mobile orders and a busy drive thru window. This store should be a role model for other Dunkin locations in how great they treat their customers!
