Great little food truck along the wharf in New Haven. Very fresh and made to order. My daughter ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, light on spice, and it was a huge portion, piping hot and with mellow spices. I ordered the saag paneer and it was fantastic. The rice is light and fluffy and the dish was spicing and well seasoned. We were both really pleased with our choices.
Amazing that such good food can be prepared in such a small place. The aromas as you pass this truck are intoxicating. Their Chicken Tikka Masala does not disappoint. And yes they can adjust the spice level for you. We also had the samosas and to drink a mango lassi. All incredibly tasty and at the same level as a sit down Indian restaurant and far far less expensive. I cringe when I have to leave a small business anything less than 4 stars. I can only imagine how hard people work to build up their business.
