Expect to pay at least $1 more than any other Starbucks since it’s right off the highway. Also they do not do refills.

I wasn't there I don't pay 5 for a coffee

My item was 30% more than Dunkin for exact same thing. Plus the pay screen was locked on 20% tip for some reason, so I got stuck paying a tip to a counter person who is not a waitress and not paid waitress wages. Rip off!

literally what is this. whoever made this should not make pink drinks anymore because actually what is that. i would be embarrassed to give someone this drink. from my understanding you're supposed to SHAKE the drink and this looks like they just added the two ingredients and called it a day. and it's not even pink it's red. usually when this happens i shake it myself but there's no saving this. money wasted. madison starbucks is better.

Four adults behind the counter mixing themselves drinks. Could have swept, cleaned tables. Hair worn long and down, not put back to keep out of drinks or food.

Just stopped in for an iced mocha. $7.45 I drink them several times per week and have actually had some of my best at this truck stop Starbucks. Today three young people behind counter tried to convince me that my drink that tasted like YooHoo was correctly made. I asked if the espresso machine was working correctly and they all assured me it was. One gal sullenly made me another drink and pushed it onto the counter. It had no coffee taste just watery chocolate.

White male working Jan 29th in the evening should be fired. Obviously under the influence of a controlled substance couldnt function to make an order. More interested in talking to his friends than assisting customers. When we asked him if he was ok he asked us not to come back to the store.

Ordered tall Pike with whole milk. Coffee was cold partly because of too much milk and also the coffee out of the urn was cool. Used steam to heat. I asked for milk separate. It did not look like natural milk, more like evaporated milk with peculiar taste. Not up to expected Starbuck's quality.Parking: Easy parking

Today I went to my local store in Branford CT, the one next to Chipotle. I normally order a drink and waters or just waters sometimes with a tip. I pulled into the drive-thru and I ordered waters to which I heard from the employee, "ugh can you come into the store for that." I replied "No my 2 year old daughter is sleeping I can't come in." To which the employee replied "ugh fine," in as an annoyed tone as possible. I said thank you and the he added "Wait is that *all* you're getting?!" in a shocked tone. Now feeling like a complete bother to this person, I just replied "thank you" again and he ignored me. So I drove up, he didn't make eye contact with me or say a word to me, only handed me my waters. I said thank you again to no reply and then asked for a drink carrier. All I got back was him rolling his eyes and another "ugh," as if this interaction was ruining his day. I have been going to this Starbucks for years. I have spent likely over a thousand dollars there as this was my favorite place to go. But this barista, whose name is Danny by the way, decided to completely crush all the good experiences I had at this location. I will now be taking my business not just to another location but to a different business entirely. The complete lack of customer service or just human decency was more than enough for me to never return. So thank you Danny you just lost Starbucks a lifetime customer.

My friend and I ordered a cappuccino. Then we back on the road, took a few sips and found it tasted like milk. It was not cappuccino, but milk and some coffee.Baristas don’t know how to make drinks right. One ladies from Spain was friendly, and the others were aloof. But worse is bad coffee ☕️
