Ok folks. Here is the low down on this joint . I'm from Canada and just came back from CT for work purposes. I radomely found this little dive bar ( I mean that in the niceist way possible) because it was within walking distance from my hotel. The staff was welcoming ( big thank you to the bartender that kept calling me Canada lol) I met some of the locals. My favorite place to hang out when I am In CT.Friendly bartenders and customers!Feel welcome every time I get to be there!If you have not been in, stop by and they make you feel like family.Even the regulars are great!

Always a great time at Matty's! Great food and service. It's the definition of local dive bar. Cheap and easy with a fun cast of characters and a Happy Hour like no other. Matty's Corner is one of the best bars you can visit. Stop in. You'll become a regular in no
