Timothy‘s is IMO the best homemade ice cream I have had in Connecticut. Blows Ferris Acres out of the water. A lot of “homemade“ ice creams have thickeners added, because when they start to melt they stay sort of gummy. Not Timothy’s. My favorite is Sweet Cream, tastes like exactly what the name says and when it melts, it runs down the cone like, you know, CREAM. Delicious. Highly suggest mix-insGreat consistency, homemade. They have a delicious array of flavors for a small shop Fairfield. Mix the mix-ins right in front of you. Great service. Highly recommended.
