Bad service. The male server with the wig was very careless. We sat at the table, and it took him about 10 minutes to come and get our order. Once he took the order, he brought the soups and salads, and we asked for utensils, but he said he would only bring them when the food came out. Not really caring that we wanted to eat our salad with a fork. Later, when the food came out, he left it on the table and left quickly. He didn’t even bother to ask if there was anything else he could get for us, and he never brought the utensils. After about 5 minutes of waiting to see if he was going to bring utensils, I had to ask someone who was walking around to please get us the utensils and sauces that were never brought to us.Our server acted as if he was annoyed by our presence, and of course, since his plan was to charge us a 20% tip all along, he couldn’t care less to give us good service.The sushi was good and fresh. But the food my husband ordered, which was like a kabob with a sauce, tasted old and overcooked. It was hard to chew the chicken. In other words, it was nasty.

This is the MOST UNCIVILIZED sushi restaurant I've ever been to. It really can't call itself a sushi restaurant . . . It's actually a sports bar that serves sushi . . . Mediocre sushi at that. And the service is nonexistent. My girlfriend and I went there thinking we'd get a quiet, small, and time-reasonable dinner . . . HAHAHAHAHA She ordered a Golden Roll, dumplings, a diet coke and a beer. I ordered a tea and seltzer water, later ordering some miso soup because I was feeling a little under the weather. I received my seltzer and tea in a reasonable time, my girlfriend got her beer and dumplings, then I got my soup. Meanwhile, the table next to us ordered a sushi boat . . . A businessman, his wife (presumably), and a five year old with an oh so current faux hawk. But I digress. After an HOUR AND A HALF, we still hadn't received her diet coke or her Golden Roll. I talked to the hostess and she said she'd talk with the manager, who came to talk to my girlfriend after I left and comped the meal. About ten minutes after I left, my girlfriend texted me to tell me that her food arrived and she would be back to the hotel soon. If you're wondering why we are staying in a hotel . . . Her mother died last weekend and we are making end of life arrangements. So, my personal recommendation, don't bother with going to Bambu unless: A) You're a puffed up businessman encouraging your five year old to wear a hairstyle from 1988 or B) You have a whole night to waste for a house special Golden Roll!

Nice people but there was ABSOLUTELY NO HEAT, not even heat from the grill was helping. I ordered the steak & shrimp hibachi combo. Steak & shrimp was okay, the guy who did the show was pleasant and professional. Rice was okay, spaghetti was okay and veggies were nothing special. It was a Thursday and we were the only people there, maybe thats why the heat wasn't on. I will not be returning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my girlfriend arrived at 7:00 PM and sat at the bar, the bartender served us our drinks, took our food orders and then disappeared for an entire hour, now 8:00, they brought out just my meal and another 45 minutes went by before they brought out my girlfriend’s meal at 8:45.During all of this, we watched another couple come in after us, place their orders, get served, pay and leave before my girlfriend’s meal was even brought out.Easily the most unpleasant and neglectful service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We called in for takeout at 7:45, 8:30 my wife went to pick it up and it wasn't ready, another 45 min go by and she asks for a refund and her food to compensate for the poor service. The gentlemen host had a horrible attitude, infront of customers was swearing at servers. Dropping the F-bomb at them and eventually my wife. My wife got a refund then was told, "what are you waiting for? You aren't getting your fucking food" come to find out they weren't making our sushi the entire time she waited. This place has dropped off and isn't what it used to be. Shame on this host for how he treated his staff and his employees

The check includes a 20% service fee that does not say is the tip. Then the check says the recommended tip. If the service fee is the tip, then it is very misleading.

I was looking for some decent sushi in the area and thought I’d give them a try. I ordered the three rolls from the lunch menu and they all had the word “spicy” in the name but all three lacked flavor and I was quite disappointed.

Surprisingly, the sushi we ordered as an after thought was the highlight of our meal and what we wished we’d ordered more of. The food served hibachi was somewhat lacking flavor. As for entertainment, the “show” was average. Our chef was moderately interested in being there. Perhaps the most frustrating point is that my wife and I had to wait at the grill for 20+ minutes for another party to sit before they would continue (hence the sushi order while we waited).

After Hours Kratom

Our group of four show up to an empty restaurant. Time advertised was 1am closing time. We arrived at 8:30. Servers were rude and promped us to "hurry up so we can go home early". Our group was going for an experience willing to spend but in all were in there for less than 40 mins. Dont advertise you stay open late then kick people out before 9pm.
