“I’ve always had a decent experience here. KCF isn’t fine dining, but it hits the spot when you really want some fried chicken. It’s conveniently right off one of the main roads so I usually just use the drive through. I don’t have a complicated order so usually I get what I need. In the past others I’ve ordered with have gotten some items made wrong so beware of that and check your bag before you drive off.“
“I placed an order at work for 20 employees who hit a goal. They each ordered something different and I called and spoke to the manager, Lilly, the day before to make sure they could accommodate. I had given her names and orders and when I came to pick up at the promised time, each person had their lunch in a bag with their name on it with utensils, sauce and napkins! They even helped me carry everything out to my car! I was happy with the process and the crew was happy to have something other than pizza or a wedge. I will be doing this again! “I prefer a menu with more appetizer options; but, we were very satisfied with our choices. We ordered a Loaded BLT sandwich, a Turkey Burger, and a side of fries. Both sandwiches were hearty and delicious and the fries appeared to be freshly cut and absolutely delicious! This was our first visit so we weren't familiar with the layout of the restaurant and we only discovered after we were settled at our booth that there was covered outdoor seating, which we would have opted for if it had been offered to us. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant experience.“
