“Idk about these other reviewers' experiences, but mine has always been on point! My son and I came here to pick up dinner for tonight and the food was slamming as usual. The only problem I had was that the workers were kinda slow getting everything together. We nearly missed the bus we were waiting for. I asked for string beans as one of the sides, and I truly couldn't have made them better myself. Maybe it's gotten better since these other reviews were written, hopefully they'll try again. I know I'll be back.“
“ABSOLUTE BEST NOT GUILTY PLEASURE! Came in having car trouble and part delays by ANOTHER month earlier today. Walking in, I was greeted by Jonathan and he humored every one of my questions and even said because I was so “bubbly” it was on them! I hadn’t yet told him what happened that day until after!! At the end, I left with a new beanie, a bag full of amazing food I’m eating now, and a heart so good. Jonathan told me their motto statement which atm I can’t remember but the gist was unwavering appreciation and amazing hospitality. Checked both of those boxes! “First tried it about a month ago and have been addicted since. The chicken has good flavor and is very juicy. I tried the sweet heat bowl last time and it is amazing. It has such great flavor. I highly recommend trying Haven Hot Chicken if you are a chicken person. We have gone 4 times and have not been disappointed yet.“

The gluten friendly chicken nuggets were excellent--little chunks of real chicken (not processed) cooked to a juicy light golden brown. The french fries were good. The little bags that the chicken and fries came in was foil lined, so I imagine that would be great for keeping take out orders warm on a chilly night. The staff who took my order at the counter were friendly and efficient. “Took too long to get noticed at the bar 1st time 25 to 30 min and only after gestures were made more apparent to get noticed was the party service, and the second time attention had to be made clear service was needed ? shouldn't have to press to get attention to spend your money.
