General incompetence from the workers. I shouldn't have to dig through my bag before walking out every time to make sure they didn't get my order wrong and steal my money for already overpriced food. If I pay for a medium fry, don't give me a small fry. Its not rocket science!
I don't get why this particular location is always messing orders up. Oh, wait..maybe because NO ONE SPEAKS OR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH! Sunday, Feb 11..10 p.m. went through the drive thru. My order was 1 large hot tea with 6 equals. I get to the pickup window, and asked the girl, " how many equals ". Her response was " yes".
