Horrible customer service, Came around 3am to pick up a mobil order because they are open 24/7. The women that we spoke to told us right away when we pulled up “only cash” we told her we had a mobil order and she began to yell at me and tell me they were closed. She stopped talking to us so we called and she said we could get a refund and hung up on us. I’m very disappointed in the management over there, because refusing to speak to me and hanging up on me is very frustrating as a customer who just paid for their food. Still not sure if i’m going to get my money back or a refund. Why say open 24/7 hours but then refuse customers and be rude like that yelling at me threw the drive threw.

General incompetence from the workers. I shouldn't have to dig through my bag before walking out every time to make sure they didn't get my order wrong and steal my money for already overpriced food. If I pay for a medium fry, don't give me a small fry. Its not rocket science!

I don't get why this particular location is always messing orders up. Oh, wait..maybe because NO ONE SPEAKS OR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH! Sunday, Feb 11..10 p.m. went through the drive thru. My order was 1 large hot tea with 6 equals. I get to the pickup window, and asked the girl, " how many equals ". Her response was " yes". I got someone that could speak English, and she had to explain to her to add equal..and pointed to where the dispenser was. She had trouble figuring out how to get the equal out of the dispenser. Seriously?? It's not like they were busy..NO EXCUSE!! THIS MCDONALD'S NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL.

Very bad service ? today in the early morning I passed by, and they treated me poorly ? please if you don't treat the customers badly that leaves a very bad image the person who served me offended me with very unpleasant words and gestures that really don't make me want to visit again that place

This was the first bad experience I had. This past monday, I visited around 9am. It was a big order so I wanted to make sure that the order was right. Whoever the women was at the cashier, After I couldn't hear her and I asked her twice She raised her voice at me almost as if she was yelling. I think you could say she yelled at me. Once we moved up to the cashier window. She knew we were upset and all she did was smile and laugh. I was extremely upset so I did speak to the manager. I told her that if she's going to have someone there they need to be able to keep their composure. there is no reason to act so unprofessional but also yell at a customer? The manager was completely understanding and said she would speak with her. I did write to Mcdonald's but I have not heard back. I'm sorry but I understand your shift starts early but please do not take it out on the customers. If you can't deal with customer just make the food.
