Chipotle Mexican Grill in Darien

“On a trip to CT from NJ, we stopped for lunch at this Chipotle that is in a rest area along Rt 95. We ordered four burrito bowls for the four of us. The food came quickly and was decent and plentiful. If we are going on the route, we may stop here again.“

“I came in for a chicken burrito and was met with the rudest man. He was yelling at the workers after getting his total for a steak bowl with double steak. He began accusing the gentleman behind the counter saying it wasn’t double steak, even though I watched the man ask for the second scoop and told the worker yes when he clarified that would be a double scoop. Instead of realizing his own mistake he yelled and threw a tantrum demanding and new bowl. And made comments about how the workers accent was hard to understand even though they took my order perfectly. Anyways the workers were super kind and handled the situation well. Please rember these are just people too! Who are working for a large food chain, they can not bend rules or give out extra steak even if they wanted too. My chicken burrito was pretty good too!“
