“I'm a regular here. I visit about 1-2 times a week. Hands down my most favorite subway. They always get my order right, and the service is always friendly. The only location as of 5/28 that I could find nearby selling Smores cookies. To the Owner/Manager: Please if you're reading this MAKE THEM PERMANENT! They are delicious!!“

“The service ? , the food DELICIOUS, if you call ahead it’s done when they say it’s done. I can’t say enough good things about Jersey Mikes they are great. Our go to food.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread they let u choose everything for ur sandwich so u won’t have anything u won’t want. The staff will answer your questions to the best of their knowledge.Parking: It’s in a plaza so the after work rush time sucks. You just have to drive the speed limit. Watch for people pulling out of spaces, cuz people drive like maniacs these days.Wheelchair accessibility: There are double doors a wheel chair can definitely fit thru and always someone there to help with the doors“

“I haven't had a Quiznos since I was at Camp Humphreys in Korea. They used to have some establishments in Alabama but it's my understanding Subway sued them. I say that to say CT is very lucky to be blessed with Quiznos. They are truly a cut above Subway. The food and service here was amazing. The portions were more than plentiful. The price is more than Subway but I promise it is so worth it! The only complaint is the inside is a bit too small to dine in at.“

“I’ve been eating here for years, mainly their cheesesteaks and sometimes a godfather. Their subs are delicious. Tonight I placed a mobile order and they mistakenly put red peppers on my sub instead of the black pepper I asked for. I had to pick them out BUT the restaurant was very kind about it when I called them and could only offer a refund since I ordered online, or to remake it if I drove to pick it up. Unfortunately I had to choose the refund but I will likely just go back and spend the refund there this week because their customer service was great. I’ve NEVER had issues there in person, and their subs are AMAZING as well as the customer service I received.“

“It takes 13 people behind the counter to make this place run. If you're that busy all the time and still pumping out orders, you're doing something right. Staff can be short with you sometimes but they're nice, and they're fast. Sandwiches are always great, and the menu has lots of options at a fair price.“

“I just left Jersey Mikes and they were in the middle of an extremely busy lunch rush. I overheard them saying that one of their employees walked off in the middle of the rush and they were scrambling to put in both in store orders and mobile orders that kept popping up. 2 customers were being VERY rude, one lady saying "I need my order within 5 minutes, this is ridiculous" and another DoorDash driver giving them grief about the wait times even though it was out of their control.When the Doordash driver got his order, he snatched the bag from the employee and stormed out the door. All employees were being very calm in the face of verbal abuse and were working diligently to put out orders , not once returning a remark or instigating anything with the customers. I commend them for their patience, I left a $20 tip and my food was delicious. I think management should look into this incident and bar the 2 nasty customers from the premises since they don't know how to properly address your employees or withhold their temper tantrums over deli subs LOL. Keep up the good work guys.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to THIS jersey Mike's sub place! My son and I drive an hour to hamden for chess tournaments, and we stopped here on the way home. Hands down, BEST, most FRIENDLY SERVICE I ever got on making a sub for us. They are nice and cheerful, funny and hardworking. Happy to get a laugh out of you as you go through the line. They worked like mad during the busy hour I was there, all with seamless teamwork. We are coming back here today for another chess tournament, and I can't wait because there's no better spot. I'll pay for a sub here for these guys, they're sub pros, they're masters of the craft, and they're entertaining and work for a smile for each customer. The employees you have are gold!!! 5 stars. “I have eaten in hundreds of different subways across the country and the owner of this one got it right.She is always there working harder than the people she hires open to closing time. The reason some of these places taste better than others is purely timing. If you dont have an owner paying attention to this then you have employees overstocking. You have to have bread and vegetables fresh not prepared early in the day and sitting around going stale. You absolutely have to gauge your floor traffic to product or you have a bad tasting sandwich.Anyway yes I`m fat and have a love affair with food,but only good food.So if you want a well made sandwich that tastes good go to this subway“

The sandwiches are well made.The staff is friendly.I would have given it 5 stars but for one reason, this shop very rarely offers to use the corporate coupons and special offers.Parking: Parking is very easy. There is a large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in and out easily, there arent any stairs.“
