Needs work on customer service. Went to pick up a coffee and some food via the drive thru before work. Placed my order and the guy just "ok", he didn't tell me a total, or say please drive forward. Just "ok" and then silence. Also no "Thank you" or "Have a good day" after paying and receiving my order. The chorizo empanada I got was a little burnt on the top. Last issue isn't with the staff, but the property. There's huge potholes going in and out of their entrance.

I’m so disappointed every time I come here. I have officially given up on this dunkin. My order is rarely correct or when it is it is not done properly. On top of that they are always rushing you when ordering. The management team is unprofessional and it is sad to see how they treat their employees. The manager was reprimanding an employee in front of everyone and she looked like she wanted to cry which broke my heart. If the store is failing it is because of horrible management. Hopefully corporate will do something about it if they really care.

I usually only order beverages because their food always taste old or stale but today I'm like let me try a bagel with butter can't go wrong and I got a burnt bagel with a ton of butter where the bag was soaked because of it they need to be looked into

This is by far, consistently, the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They have never once had my order right, ever. More than half the time, they literally don’t even speak to you, they just take your payment and hand you the wrong order. The service is so unbelievably slow. Maybe just the morning crew is incompetent but my God it is incomprehensibly horrendous service beyond anyone’s wildest imagination.

Don't follow instructions very well jus went to the drive thru simply said no jelly and the gave me 3 god damn should have check my order before leaving

I went to this store today thinking it would be a quick stop… I waited 5 minutes in line, then after receiving my items I then had to wait another 5 minutes since they parked a car right in front of the drive thru exit. Then was rudely told he was waiting for his stuff. So you expect other customer to wait for another customer to get their items before they can leave? I have things to do. How odd.. the women with the gauges in her ears and black nails and black hair.. maybe you should get a new job if you don’t like this one boo!
