I’m so disappointed every time I come here. I have officially given up on this dunkin. My order is rarely correct or when it is it is not done properly. On top of that they are always rushing you when ordering. The management team is unprofessional and it is sad to see how they treat their employees. The manager was reprimanding an employee in front of everyone and she looked like she wanted to cry which broke my heart. If the store is failing it is because of horrible management....read full review
The worst at the drive thru waited more then 10 minutes two cars front of me left had to tell them so I won’t get wrong order. You guys need to speed up and work harder I seen long car line every early morning that’s why I stop going there.

Needs work on customer service. Went to pick up a coffee and some food via the drive thru before work. Placed my order and the guy just "ok", he didn't tell me a total, or say please drive forward. Just "ok" and then silence. Also no "Thank you" or "Have a good day" after paying and receiving my order. The chorizo empanada I got was a little burnt on the top. Last issue isn't with the staff, but the property. There's huge potholes going in and out of their entrance.
