I was passing by this place for the first time since I don't live in this area. I wanted to buy me a coffee and buy donuts for my kids, and a woman told me she couldn't sell me if Ania didn't download the app. I have never been through this situation. Since I am one of the people who likes to buy things in people. I can imagine if an elderly person arrives. It will go very badly, I hope they improve. This is the friendliest D&D in the area. Honestly, when in CT I don't expect good kind service. It always just a transition and you feel like a bother. Not at this D&D, the staff always seems to smile, talk and just friendly. It makes a huge difference. I just wanted to applaud the team on Rt 80 near CVS. Appreciate the smiles from y'all.

I frequently visit Dunkin all over the state to get work done, use the bathroom, get coffee and a bite to eat while I travel. This day I walked into this location unfortunately. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left at 3:07pm today, every last employee there was yelling and screaming at eachother, and NONE of it was work related.
