I was passing by this place for the first time since I don't live in this area. I wanted to buy me a coffee and buy donuts for my kids, and a woman told me she couldn't sell me if Ania didn't download the app. I have never been through this situation. Since I am one of the people who likes to buy things in people. I can imagine if an elderly person arrives. It will go very badly, I hope they improve. So that people don't leave bad comments and look for other places. Put people to work who do want to work and are inpathetic. It will be my first and last time

This is the friendliest D&D in the area. Honestly, when in CT I don't expect good kind service. It always just a transition and you feel like a bother. Not at this D&D, the staff always seems to smile, talk and just friendly. It makes a huge difference. I just wanted to applaud the team on Rt 80 near CVS. Appreciate the smiles from y'all.

I frequently visit Dunkin all over the state to get work done, use the bathroom, get coffee and a bite to eat while I travel. This day I walked into this location unfortunately. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left at 3:07pm today, every last employee there was yelling and screaming at eachother, and NONE of it was work related. They tossed F-bombs left and right, talked trash to eachother, made fun of customers and their orders, and finally I just had to leave. My head hurt and I couldn't even think straight enough to write a single short email. I felt like I was in the ladies bathroom of some trashy nightclub. They obviously did not care who could hear them cackling to eachother at the tops of their lungs. If I were the owner I would close, retrain or fire everyone, and open back up with a fresh start. Completely unacceptable, horrible experience.

Worst Dunkin around. Waited 20 minutes in drive through only to be told they were out of Coolattas. Time before that I got my husband a coffee and he ended up choking on it because there was a half inch of grounds in the bottom. Always swear we won’t go there again but it is two minutes from home. The service there is just terrible.

If you like getting trapped in a drive thru for 20 minutes or more this is the place for you. The service stinks. This is absolutely the worst DD around. My advice is avoid this place. It doesn't even deserve the one star because it is a zero . Hopefully things will change and I'll happily give a positive review.

I ordered online an got a Bagel With Cream Cheese but instead I got a Bacon Egg & Cheese but the bag had my name on it. The Bacon Egg & Cheese was probly the wost one I have ever had the egg was terrible.

Went to pick up a mobile order, it was like the employee was mad that I was there, (blonde chick), like I was bothering her. She said “you’re all set” meanwhile half my order wasn’t ready. They were out of something I ordered, which was no problem. When I asked her for a tray, she was visably annoyed.

This review is more for the Owner named Dave B. I witnessed on multiple occasions he would make racial slurs and act sexist towards female employees. Dave B is the owner of this DD, and all of the ones on Foxon including North Branford. Go to another Dunkin. Don't get Dave a dollar. Dave is cheap, and only cares about himself.

This store just sent away dozens of cars sitting in the drive-through after 15 to 20 minutes. Absolutely awful. The excuse was that they only had a few people there and couldn’t keep up. The contradicting thing to that was that they did not have any customers. What is going on here? I will not be back.

I ordered and iced coffee and 25 munchkins. I should have looked in the box prior to driving away but I didn't. When I got home I realized the box was half full and there only 14 munchkins. I'm not usually one to write a review but for the price of everything these days, including your items, that is unacceptable. People expect what they order. Good thing I wasn't buying for more children, planning for 25 munchkins! I hope going forward employees will take their jobs more seriously and actually fill the boxes.
