I am currently getting over a virus so I haven’t been able to cook very much for my family but then I remembered a few friends who ordered from PPM regularly and decided it would be a better alternative than ordering takeout that will be loaded with sodium and be unhealthy overall. We received the delivery on time and the food looked fresh. My husband is quite picky and he enjoyed his meal and mentioned that he wouldn’t mind grabbing a few meals from them going forward and I couldn’t agree more. Happy I finally tried them out and happy to say I’ll be a recurring customer!

I love the meals here. They're really fresh and healthy and keeps me on track with my weight loss. If I eat for a solid 2 weeks here I will lose weight and the quality of the food is good. The staff here is always helpful especially Nick, Amber and John.

What a great spot this hidden gem is!!!I drive by this spot on the way to work everyday and forgot my lunch and decided to give it a try. Anyone from around this area or in Connecticut should be ordering online for what your needs are or coming in to grab food while it last because it goes quick!!! When I went in, they accommodated every need that I had for my meal prep, and the convenience of feeding my family at the same time. They are very knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction. I ordered food for the next 3 weeks. They do it all and the food is delicious and you can customize your meals to how you want them. Not alot of spots like this around!!!I will be back for sure.

The food that I have ordered so far is very fresh and delicious. I had one issue that the cooks need to really be careful for people that have food allergies that is specifically stated on the order. I called the company to let them know of the mistake and they were very polite and offered to replace the items the next day! Thank you

This is the first place I ever saw that serves amazing healthy choices for a decent price. The have lots of options and they deliver! The gentleman that run this store are very customer friendly and know what their doing with great taste and healthy food!! Bought a gift card online because the website shows a location in Cromwell. The person lives in Rocky Hill. Apparently, the Cromwell location is no longer open even though it was shown on their website. Now, a great gift is no longer great because the other location is in East Haven. Regroup....the person would order and pick up on a Saturday. Nope! Can't pick up on Saturdays. Final choice is delivery. $25 delivery fee. This great gift is now a terrible gift that is not convenient at all and it's going to cost the recipient money to use the gift certificate. Had we known the Cromwell location was closed we would not have purchased this gift certificate.

I've been using Platinum Prep for a few years now and the service and quality has stayed remarkably consistent. Their meals help me eat healthy even when things get busy and the bulk protein is a good base for meal prep if you don't want to buy complete meals. The variety of options and the quality of the seafood beats other meal prep places in the area. And everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly.

Love the food!!! All the nutrition information is on the label! Perfect for knowing exactly what you get and for a great price! I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Super fast, many options in the case every day I always stop in before work for breakfast and lunch/dinner! Online system is super simple too. The owners Matt and Steve were very helpful when i had questions. Love this place!!!

My Mom is 80 and my Dad is 92. My Mom just had knee surgery and has not been able to cook, which is weird because she’s super fit and healthy.I found this company online. I wanted to make sure my parents had high quality, excellent food. We believe that food matters!They got their first delivery Thursday and have not stopped raving about the food! They are eating more than ever and they love it! I just ordered them more for Monday to get them through the next week. So thankful to find this company and for the excellent quality.

Very convenient and reasonably priced for some items. The steamed vegetables are much closer to raw than steamed and the seasoning on the proteins is either completely bland or nothing but cumin. I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup and might try some other soups in the future. I think for now I will hold off on the other items until some of my suggestions are implemented.
