What else is there to say,Buds,IMO is probably the best deli in Fairfield,most of Eddies food is homemade and his sandwiches are overloaded with cold cuts.
This is the chicken salad sandwich I ordered. I asked for American Cheese and no tomatoes. The mayonaise was globbed on, the chicken was in cubes, and was not fresh. Hopefully this was just a fluke, as I've had some amazing sandwiches from here.

Iconic Fairfield Go to place for my 30 years here. Best potato salad and pasta salad anywhere. Great sandwiches. Prime Rib sandwich is amazing. Ed is a terrific guy and always helpful. You must stop by Bud's.
