Not again! I ordered on the app to pick up on my way to work. I arrived and my food wasn’t ready. I sat for about 10 minutes, attempted to get somebody’s attention to help me and couldn’t. Then an email arrived telling me that my order is delayed. I’m sorry I ordered at 9 o’clock Thursday night for 8:10 AM pick up Friday. And at 8:20 I got the note saying my order was delayed. Unacceptable. I went to Bagel. King and I was served right away. I guess they know how to run a business. I used to like Panera but over the past couple of years they have gone so far downhill I have visited for the last time.

Stopped in late on a Thursday night in November and were very kindly told by Gabby R. that they were out of baguettes and romaine :( she let us know that we could easily swap the romaine for spinach if we wanted and get an alternate type of bread. She was very apologetic and kind in letting us know and it did not deter us at all. Later, Gabby stopped by our table to ask how our meal was and offer us some pastries on the house because of our understanding of the out of stock items and because the restaurant was closing soon. We spoke with her about her life and learned that she was in school part time while working at Panera. We loved hearing how dedicated she was to getting to know her customers and how she always led with kindness, even with tough customers. Thank you gabby R for making our trip to Panera amazing and i will be back if i ever come back to Fairfield!!

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Went in for lunch yesterday because my wife wanted to see if they still had a seasonal strawberry salad she likes...they didn'tWe stay and order lunch...both getting their Get 2 promo. I order soup and a sandwich. My wife says Why did you get a sandwich?? Don't you remember last time. Oh, yeah...that was when I opened up an alleged ham sandwich to find literally a single thin slice of ham. Yesterday's chicken salad sandwich lived up to Panera standards....contained about one tablespoon of chicken salad. NEVER AGAIN.

The workers should have better training the day I visited that place I saw a person who worked in the kitchen went directly from the kitchen to the bathroom with everything and apron and gloves
