“I really think 5 guys, is pretty good overall. My only gripe is that it's $20 To get a small cheeseburger, a small fry in a fountain drink. I realize everything's more expensiveIn today's economy But it was almost 6 dollars, for a fry, almost 10 for a burger. The food qualities a lot better than fast food, but I Can get better quality At a nice restaurant or pub for roughly the same money.“
“New owner. New subway. I ate fresh to refresh. ☀️??I recommend Italian herb & cheese bread with chicken & bacon toasted with pepper Jack cheese. After roasting, get the spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, green bell peppers, cucumbers. Chipotle with salt & pepper. Jalapeño only if you want the heat. This is the way.“
“Forgot to get the male employees name, but I've been there a few times now while he's on shift. Today (2/23/24 @7:45pm) out of the kindness of his heart, he decided to go out of his way and even pay for my meal. I both feel bad but extremely appreciative because he really didn't have to do that! Please hire more employees like that. Not because of the gesture he did paying for my food, but he had no reason to be that kind to a stranger, but he did anyway.“
“This place is located next to the westfarm mall just a thought if nothing else in the mall got ur craving to go for it and basic the price might be a little other wise then look up the next to the place in our side of westfarm mall and go to the nearest burger place in well maintain classic and best part out of the menu they have a biggie bag with many type of view in that menu to look up upon it's well made cooking with fries and a drink“
“I stopped here while I was Christmas shopping at Westfarms Mall. The young man (Ketan) that was working the cash register was pleasant and friendly.I had my usual Bean Burrito. It took some time to get it, but this was a great example of how a Bean Burrito should be made.It was hot and fresh & very well done ratio wise. It is a little more expensive here in comparison with most Taco Bell restaurants, but it is in a mall so it is expected.“

“My family has been going since it opened almost one hundred years ago. Wow. I've been going since 1967. I live in NH now, and i have to drive 3 hrs each way ( uphill lol) to get the sauce. Worth it. It brings me back to my childhood when I take a bite. comfort food at its best. Nothing like the snap of a Rolsols dog with the perfectly spiced meat sauce. Thanks for the years of memories.“
“Sunday, 03/17/24 2:00:We’ve been here a dozen times or so.The burger is always excellent, the fries are pretty good, limp unlike the past. The fries are very pricey. The service is very good but the place over the last year is not as well kept. Some of the center post tables have been broken down for months, the tops wobble way too much because they aren’t screwed down correctly. And, this time like the last couple of times the tables aren’t at all wiped down. If it weren’t so cold out we’d have eaten out.A thin middle-aged woman and younger man were cooking and bringing the food out and trying to keep up with the trash on the tables and counters. Another female employee 40s-50s was hanging out at a table on her cell phone the 25 minutes we were inside.Reviews from Fall 2023 follow:So second time we’ve been here.First time I ordered a cheese burger and fries. The burger was cooked to order, hot, juicy and fresh and the fries are thin, crispy outside and doughy inside. Great. This time I made a mistake and ordered a J Burger. 2 Pattie’s and bacon, cheese, all the toppings and fries. Wow! My wife who’s always on a diet ate 1/3 of everything.BTW, if you haven’t noticed the average 1/3-1/2 lb burger at most places these days is $15, this is 1/2 the price. McD’s will cost you almost as much for a meal and it would take 2 meals to fill me as much.$6.99-7.99 is very, very reasonable for the burgers. Very reasonable. It’s post-pandemic 2023 people.“
“The food was amazing! I originally went there to try a sandwich I kept hearing about… I ended up ordering multiple!! The staff was friendly and punctual. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a very comfortable atmosphere… and the prices, great! They also have great deals on Tuesdays and Fridays!I’ll def be back for much more! Can’t wait to try all the other things on their menu.“
“I returned to Subway today for a roast beef sub. Peter was all alone. The place was so busy. I was in line. Peter kept his cool through it all. I loved how this"One man show" put clean gloves on while making sandwiches. He took off the gloves ringing out customers. Then he reapplied fresh gloves and so on. He amazed me!! GREAT JOB TODAY PETER!!!! I hope your supervisor knows how valuable you are. He was polite and smiling through it all. Now I know why people like Subway so much!!“
