The staff is hardworking and the mall location is very busy- but the drinks are not made in the order the orders are entered. I had two drinks in my order and received the first after waiting 20 minutes but had to wait another 20 minutes for the second drink. The second drink was also not made correctly. I commend the staff for their hard work, but I think the high demand of orders and lack of a system makes the job more difficult.

This USED to be such a great Starbucks years ago, under a different management and baristas that actually took the time to know you and you could have a good conversation with. Now, it's so over crowded (even when you order mobile they're far behind), nobody seems to care as much, and orders are done wrong a lot more often than right.
