My son and I were lucky enough to stumble upon Hinoki on its opening weekend a few years ago and since then it's become our go-to lunch spot in Greenwich. There's a sense of fun and playfulness with the food- it's not your average sushi restaurant. There's unexpected flavor pairings that are oh so good together, and everything is prepared so well. I’ve been to Hinoki in Greenwich now on three separate occasions - each time a great meal. Last night was no exception. We walked in on Sunday night with no reservation and while they were busy, they had no trouble seating us right away.
