“I really like the seamoss variety they have there. Seamoss holds so many health benefits because it has over 92 essential vitimans and minerals within in it naturally occuring form. This for me is better than a multi vitiman. Whether you just take a tablespoon with some water or tea, or throw it in your juices and smoothies, or have a sot of it. “I decided to stop here with my boyfriend after scouting the area for cute cafes serving fresh food with healthy options. We ended up at Granola Bar and enjoyed a wonderful lunch with our server Alex who was very accommodating and friendly. My boyfriend had the French toast that was so good he ate it right away and we didn't even get a picture of it. I opted for the avocado toast with smoked salmon and the ricotta toast. Both were incredibly fresh, light and delicious! We finished with a latte which was finely crafted with an adorable bear! There were so many other dishes that looked good on the menu being served to other diners so we will definitely be back to try the sandwiches and bowls.“
