Have visited maybe 10 times since its opening. Was absolutely in love at first, but Greenwich location has gotten progressively worse over the past year. Please, whoever manages this location, open your eyes. Your employees are not trained to prepare quality beverages or food and are not trained to provide quality service. My last visit 3/7/24, there were 4 tables not cleared of dirty dishes and I had to clean one myself in order to sit. Lavender latte, which is my go to, had no lavender, neither flavor nor sprig. Pastry was stale and part of our order was never served.even after reordering at the counter. And for the love of all things living, please water your plants. Your pothos are dying!!I love the concept of this cafe and it is a much needed escape from the other coffee places on the Ave, so please address these serious issues to bring it back to its original quality ASAP.

Absolutely love the branding.Food was okay, but for the price, not worth it. Service is absolutely horrible; miserable, uninformed & neglectful. We placed our order and server only came with half. When we finally got the attention of this person, we got a blank stare. 30 minutes later, still no food. Finally, the manager came over and took care of things. We went on to order lavender lattes and when they came there was no lavendar whatsoever. This was the most frustrating experience. Manager just dismissed it completely. This was my 2nd visit and my last. And what's with all the dead & dying hanging plants.

I’m not from Greenwich or the area, but this place was exactly what I was looking for. Simple, artisanal style food and coffee with no pressure to stay or take with you. Friendly staff and a very open space cafe. It felt like having a cortado in a garden in the old country. The food was also very tasteful and complimentary with any beverage. Staff was courteous and the place was very clean. Perfect for a Sunday morning stop or an afternoon lunch meetup with a friend/work colleague.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly in portions and accessibility.

Been wanting to try this place because it looks so cute! They have so many pastries and baked goods, it was hard to pick. We ended up getting a classic chocolate chip cookie, matcha cake and a homemade Oreo. All were so delicious and tasted homemade. I can't wait to go back to try the coffee. I also want to go back for happy hour which is from 3-6 week days and is $8 drinks and wine. They also have it on the weekends, but I can't remember the time. Definitely recommend checking this place out for your next coffee or brunch run!

Coffee is incredible, it definitely beats our fancy at home coffee machine. The almond chocolate croissant is perfect and can be even better if you dip in your coffee.

This coffe shop looks nice and has a great location, however the quality of service is very poor, waiting time is horrible and the staff seems they don't care at all of customers. do not recommend

Really love coming to Maman on the Ave-would come for the chocolate chip cookie since summer when they opened. Unfortunately, the chocolate chip cookie has changed drastically! It used to be warm and soft, now it’s incredibly hard and does not taste good-seems like they are old-hoping this changes because I love going there!!

Loved the macchiato I had today. Everyone there was really friendly, and there was a nice selection of baked goods. The store is beautifully decorated, and I thought it was a great place to sit and drink my coffee.

Staff is nice and that is about it. 10 Min wait for a subpar coffee and a cookie that is burnt every single time. Seriously is anybody eating the burnt cookies? Are you just throwing them out? Why am I waiting 15 min to order a single pastry. The cafe set up is horrendous. PLEASE stop burning all of the cookies I used to get them all the time and now I don't even bother to try. The whole waiting on line set up is terrible.. nobody can tell where to stand and then people get rude because they think you're trying to cut them. Clearly better management is needed. Baristas are nice and lovely people though. HIRE BETTER MANAGEMENT AND STOP BURNING THE COOKIES.

I wish I could find and fight to the death with any person who left this place a bad review. THIS PLACE ROCKS. Love everything they serve, and the workers are so sweet!!
