Came in at 9pm 4/4/24Get ice cream and cone is soggy and stale . I request another cone I get told “we aren’t making any more these ones are from the morning”“ i can compensate with a free sugar cone “Requested a refund also got told no.New crew here- young guy tried being helpful but the young female was rude kept giving dirty looks and mumbling under her breath.was told they were going to make me a new cone upon request , sat down and waited- then come to find they weren’t making new ones and told me minutes later. I travel and hour and a half away for this I’ve cream and all I wanted was a non soggy cone. The customer service definitely didn’t meet my expectations especially for the price and demographics of this ice cream place.

My family and I had a great experience here! David was amazing - we came on St. Patrick’s Day during the parade, and as you can imagine, so many people wanted ice cream that day! But David was fantastic - moving quickly through customers and making sure everyone had exactly what they wanted, with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend!
