Extremely busy during lunch rush. Please be patient, workers doing their best. Order ahead and give plenty of time. Took roughly 25 minutes to receive my mobile order.

Not happy at all. Ordered 2 #8 meals and got home and there were nuggets should have been 3 pieces of chicken in each meal, 1 potato should have had two potato and 1 coleslaw and should hand been 2 . Did get the small biscuits and 2 sodas. Very very disappointed. We ate the meal because it's a drive to go back to make it right. Not sure if I'll be back.

I went to this KFC on Route 12 in Groton to get my lunch today. I went through the drive thru. While there, I purchased the Famous Bowl meal. It came with a bottle of water and a chocolate chip cookie.It was pretty good, although I have had better at the East Windsor location. It was a little sloppy with the gravy.The girl at the drive thru was pleasant. There was not a long wait, which was good for me.I can't comment in regards to the inside, however, it looked clean on the outside. When it comes to KFC, my top selections are the Famous Bowl and the Chicken Pot Pie. I also still like the original recipe chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw... Classic!I'll definitely return to this location in the future…The future is here. I went through the drive-through today, and instead of placing my order, I was informed the drive-through is closed, so I left without getting anything.#MajorDisappointment

i went to kfc yesterday and i was very disgusted with the employees behavior/word choices. i dont know if there was a manager on the floor or not but while i was waiting for my food i overheard one worker tell another worker to “speak english here” and might i say that is very racist, unacceptable, and unprofessional telling someone not to speak their language. i thought this was suppose to be a family style fast food place and have a policy about discrimination, that made me very uncomfortable and when i received my food it was cold thats how long i was waiting for it and there was stuff missing from my order. i will not be coming back here again, very disappointed.

I really love KFC put I am truly disappointed. I went through The Drive through today. I asked for the the 8 pc chicken dinner. I asked for coleslaw and Corn. I was not happy when I opened my food and the order was total wrong and I paid almost $35.00 for food I received Mash potatoes and gravy. When I checked my receipt. Mash potato instead of coleslaw was on my receipt. I never asked for Mashed potatoes and Mary the worker asked me what sides I wanted. I lost my appetite. I should receive some kind of compensation. The order is complete wrong.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. What absolutely terrible service. Stood in line waiting for 15 minutes and no one bothered to take our order. Just completely ignored us while they filled drive thru orders. Terrible operation.

The food is fine, and i have gotten food here a decent amount of times and they NEVER give you the sauce you order. I always get tenders, and they always forget the sauce. It's not the worst but very annoying. Other than that, it's good.

KFC has always been my go-to place, but tonight the woman at the drive-thru window (who also touches everybody's payments) moved our fries out of way to place the sauces down. That is absolutely disgusting! I mentioned it kindly to her as a suggestion to wear gloves if she needs to touch the food and she slammed the window shut in my face. I called to speak to the manager, he just said he'd let her know, "otherwise I don't know what you want me to do about it". This is the problem with these franshcises. There's no one to contact about management themselves so they carry on with these rude behaviors. If other customers don't care, fine! But don't make me feel like I'm the crazy one for wanting my food to not be touched by the cashier. Unacceptable! And it was handled poorly as a customer.

Every time I get an order from here something screwed up they forget my biscuits they give me the wrong chicken tonight I said no gravy and I got gravy on the mashed potatoes. I don’t know what I have to do to not get it when I don’t want it unless I say I’m allergic to it.
