The food is fine, and i have gotten food here a decent amount of times and they NEVER give you the sauce you order. I always get tenders, and they always forget the sauce. It's not the worst but very annoying. Other than that, it's good.
KFC has always been my go-to place, but tonight the woman at the drive-thru window (who also touches everybody's payments) moved our fries out of way to place the sauces down. That is absolutely disgusting! I mentioned it kindly to her as a suggestion to wear gloves if she needs to touch the food and she slammed the window shut in my face. I called to speak to the manager, he just said he'd let her know, "otherwise I don't know what you want me to do about it". This is the problem...read full review

I went to this KFC on Route 12 in Groton to get my lunch today. I went through the drive thru. While there, I purchased the Famous Bowl meal. It came with a bottle of water and a chocolate chip cookie.It was pretty good, although I have had better at the East Windsor location.
