“I came inside hoping to escape the heat. Upon entering I got hit with a wave of heat. The AC is either broken, or the franchisee isn’t running it. I honestly feel bad for your employees having them work in this heat without any AC. It’s actually warmer on the inside than it is outside.“

His customer service skills were way above his pay grade. I would like to bring attention to the management that I believe he deserves a raise or promotion. I felt very invited like I've know him forever and that level of customer service is why I'll be returning. So please give his performance an evaluation because I would hate to see you lose such an amazing employee sandwich was right on point. Service was on point and will be returning thanks to TJ. .“
