Dispite what Google and their webaite says, they're open M-F till 8!! We love it here! I order online, and pick up or dine in with my family of 5. Its a fast meal I can feel good about feeding my family, and everyone is happy. Our faves are their Acai bowls, budda bowl, burrito bowl, and harvest salad.

Everything is so fresh and so good. I have only ever ordered the burrito bowl. When I find something I love why get something else. I work at a restaurant and we will actually get Uber eats from here when we are working. I always ask for extra avocado and extra chipotle sauce on the side. It is such a large bowl that I usually get at least 2 meals out of it so it's nice to have extra sauce to add to it later.

Greens and Proteins is the best place to get smoothies and bowls in all of Hamden and the surrounding area. Only problem is that the smoothie had some chocolatey clumps of whey protein, although it still tasted absolutely delicious ?. The service and atmosphere was exceptional, and our server Mary was outstanding!!

We stopped there for a quick bite and ordered a burrito bowl. I was satisfied with the amount of tuna though I would like to have a little more greens with it. There was a restroom but we couldn't use that because they stored something there.
Good smoothies. Very tasty, however…The place wasn’t well kept. The food bar wasn’t kept neat nor clean. There was food all over the place. There are splashes of what looks like to be smoothies on the back wall. Fridge also had what looked like to be smoothy on the edges. A server used her gloved hands to grab different toppings which wasn’t appealing at all- what about cross contamination for those who have intolerances or allergies? The cleanliness was a huge disappointment.

Love coming here for their delicious açaí and fresh bowls! You have the choice of building your own bowl with whatever inclusions you'd like, all very filling and healthy options. The smoothies are also super refreshing!! Reliably good service and food, you will not be disappointed!

I love Fresh Greens! I've been going there since they first opened in Middletown CT and always have a great experience (At the Middletown location) the service is great (At the Middletown location) and the food is deliciously fresh (all locations) Unfortunately the Hamden location is very lackluster compared to Fresh Greens in Middletown, here at the Hamden location the service is notably bland and lacking warmth/passion for costumer service. (Would it kill ya'll to smile?)
