This is a Hamden staple for decades. Not a true New Haven Pizza but it is better than most. They have great subs and salads.
Spotted this place along my landscaping work route, Great spot!
The first time I came here 2 years ago I was determined to never go back because the pizza came barely cooked so I called and they came back with a replacement and that to was barely cooked. Forward 2 years and I stopped in for 2 slices and they were awesome, maybe the cooks have changed or they got the proper training on how to cook, and not hand out half cooked dough which is bad for you. So I hope they keep it up and not go backwards because the pizza 2 years ago was awful...read full review
