We just went through the Wendy’s drive through and met the NICEST employee working the drive through. So kind, genuinely just happy to be here and said hi to our pup! We are so happy with our experience. Hope he gets to Maine soon! Wish we got his name, but workers like him are one in a million so I’m sure yall know who he is. Thanks, Wendy’s!
I didn’t even get to order. The drive thru is always backed up and they take one car at a time— speaker AND window. Go inside, and they won’t even help you at the counter because they’re so worried about the drive thru. I just wanted a drink, but wasn’t going to wait 30 minutes for it. It is always like this— ridiculous. Left and went to Burger King next door and I paid and got my items in the drive thru before I even finished typing this review. They’re not very fast when it comes to fast food. Yes it’s Wendy’s and it was what I expected in terms of food quality but it felt like they were understaffed or just couldn’t figure out an efficient method of handling large amounts of orders.
