Horrible and not clean my grandson was eating a burger from here and the burger had some stringy nasty 🤮 in it. I’m so done. With them. This Wendy’s in Hamden every single time I go there there’s a problem it’s been so unstable consistently for the past 5 years. It never gets better. It always gets worse and then the workers that are their immature and childish and very nonprofessional. Sad but true Wendy’s you have to do better.
The wait is ridiculous and to top it employees have a nasty attitude and then you get cold food
Besides horrible customer service ! The last few times I’ve been there the food is worse and worse ! Today I buy my daughter a 4 piece and on her last one she spit it out like she just ate crap ! I look and it’s black rot inside the meat ! This is horrible I will never go again
