As usual KFC in Hartford CT has terrible service and angry staff, food was good. Do not recommend here or in their Albany ave location restaurant. Maybe other locations but these 2 are awful
Horrible here staff has a attitude all the time very aggresive the food is disgusting old and dried out the original taste like dry beef jerky I would never eat here ever again or reccomend this place to anyone ❗️?

The food was great. The staff was great. However what's the purpose of using the app? If you can't redeem anything. The only reason for their app is to order ahead. This $20 box should come with drinks.

Had the worse experience here. It was around 8:30pm I ordered food to dine in, the food tasted old and super greasy.They forgot my fries and the manager/ lead said " she did not order that and if she would like fries she needs to pay for them" I told her no they took my order wrong and I will not pay. Also I asked to use the bathroom they said no because they had to clean them. I asked if someone can clean them because me and my husband had to use it as my husband is diabetic and can't hold it and the manager said no. Well I think she was the manager or the lead. She was so rude and had a bad attitude. No customer service skills AT ALL. Will not recommend going here to eat!!!!! If I can give this place a 0 I would.
