The King & I was a great surprise. We had been searching for a new Thai restaurant since Thai Palace in Bloomfield was under new management and the food was no longer edible. This restaurant has a large menu with many suggestions and photos. It is a tiny place with ample off street parking and very cozy and romantic. If you BYOB they offer free ice bucket with glasses. I had not been to King and I in years. Tried it again and glad my friend and I did. We did take out. The appetizers we had - Shrimp Roll and Thai Egg Roll were very good. I especially liked the egg roll. They were a bit more greasy then I would have liked, but otherwise, very tasty. Both the wonton soup and tom kar soup were yummy and loaded with vegetables. Our main dishes were Chicken Ram and Pineapple Fried Rice. Both were excellent, tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend.

Weekend dinner, not busy and service was very quick and friendly. Ordered curries and they were good albeit on milder spice side. Portions good as well and pricing was on point. Would return!
