This is chicken noodle soup? Umm, yeah, main thing missing...noodles smh. The chicken tasted like it had been over cooked and then thrown in. Difficult to chew. Pathetic! Will never order from here again

For all who see the critical reviews...If you're looking for a $5 footlong equivalent, you're not going to be happy. Prices and serving sizes reflect current economic downturns affecting businesses and their bottom line. That being said, food was delicious and fair for the price. Fresh homemade meatballs were a nice surprise. Will come again when in the area.

The reason for the two star is because the first time I went there I ordered 4 sandwiches and each sandwich was missing cheese and bacon and mayo I went today 5-5-22 and ordered the teriyaki chicken cutlet and I added cheese the guy remembered as I was paying so he put the cheese on but he forgot the bacon as well but he did remember at the last moment they are very forget people but know how to charge the food is okay but nothing to rave about I’ll be finding a new deli won’t go back

I just wanted to take a minute and thank all the staff at Max Deli in Hartford. Since I started working in the area last year I have visited this establishment many times. Jeff and his crew always greet me with a hello and how’s your day going. I appreciate the great service I have received every visit not just once or twice. Many times I am in a hurry in between meetings and they always get me out quick and efficiently. Keep up the great work and thank you for making my lunch experiences something to look forward to!

This place is beyond disappointing. They did not just raise up there prices on their sandwiches. But, they also forget almost every time things I have ask for to be put on my sandwich. I have called to place orders & I guess every time they would mess up my sandwich they remember who I am. Now they don’t even want to pick up there phone. They say, they to busy. But, once getting to the location it is not busy. 7$ for a bacon egg and cheese ? pathetic. For that I got to Dunkin’ Donuts and get 2 bacon egg & cheese for 5$. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE. SORRY. SERVICE SUCKS. MAKING MY ORDER SUCKS.

I dont know about the rest but all ive tried is a bacon egg and cheese. I like it if its made correctly and not rushed. I go frequently. I have gotten up charged before and complained. They have been giving me horrible customer service. Then again all of a sudden up charged me a dollar from last week for no reason. I am super upset with their customer service it makes me not want to go ever again.

Chewy chewy bacon on the softest soggiest bread with a price tag that makes you think your ordering a steak!!! They got my 1 time donation...I had a turkey bacon BLT, even my partner had a chicken sandwich with some sweet pickles and they were not good sandwiches.

Gave me weird roll for my chicken cutlet...sweet pickles which is nasty (I ordered dill pickles)...chicken was mostly gummy breading....place looks nice and food sounds good...best part was the chips!
