Went in to use point that are going to expire. And the lady Carmen( manger) said no register are open she only have 2 ppl working. After spending 8 minutes trying to order food on the app. We did not get the correct food. Then 2 more people walk in and she started taking orders at the register. I appreciate the new look but what would be even better is great workers. You might want to send staff over to Flatbush location to learn what great service looks like.! Staff lazy & rude. They purposely tie up the lanes so ppl will drive off. This area has been developed and y’all bring service in this area down. Get it together please & thank! Terrible service, the staff is mocking and they walk all over the restaurant without serving anyone, it is annoying to wait so long in a place that the food is supposed to be fast. They need to give better training since the staff comes to talk and not to work as it is supposed to.
