Terrible service, the staff is mocking and they walk all over the restaurant without serving anyone, it is annoying to wait so long in a place that the food is supposed to be fast. They need to give better training since the staff comes to talk and not to work as it is supposed to.

Went in to use point that are going to expire. And the lady Carmen( manger) said no register are open she only have 2 ppl working. After spending 8 minutes trying to order food on the app. We did not get the correct food. Then 2 more people walk in and she started taking orders at the register. I am a party of 7 which we all were not using points some was using cash the app only let you use card so that made it a challenge for the kids. Then the regular worker going to say it's there fault that they didn't order correctly not yours. Then the fries were not hot. Never will I spend another dollar in this particular McDonald's.

I appreciate the new look but what would be even better is great workers. You might want to send staff over to Flatbush location to learn what great service looks like.! Staff lazy & rude. They purposely tie up the lanes so ppl will drive off. This area has been developed and y’all bring service in this area down. Get it together please & thank! I feel like if y’all want a raise then make the company some money first ! I order a cheeseburger one day from here & guess what-gave me everything but the burger lol bun ketchup, mustard pickles and all lol
This location needs to be evaluated they seem to be hiring anybody and management is terrible. Better off going to another McDonald’s cause you ain’t gonna get your food in a reasonable time it will probably be nasty with cold fries. Additionally I know these 5 star reviews fake af they trying to save face ?

Manager got very angry because she couldn't find my order info and I wouldn't drive back around for food that I had already gotten a receipt for. My food was actually ready waiting to be handed to me, they had just cleared the orders and thought it didn't exist.

Workers walk around with a chip on their shoulders. Not good at all. They definitely need a better customer service training program. I'm the nicest person I've ever met. I talk with respect and I care about others feelings as well have consideration that we add people through situations in life. I only asked for new French fries ? they kid tasted the fries I gave him and said they are good what are you talking about. He proceeded to walk towards the girl who grabbed them and slammed them in the garbage and started talking recklessly. The second Bach was cold and frozen and didn't let them fry for too long and took them out the fryer. I took the 3 fries and ran out the store. Just be prepared for a just in case bad experience. The food was cold and super greasy. The service was lacking in every way. Bad attitude by male worker who couldn't get the order right. The moral of the story is don't expect too much from McDonald's in Hartford. Also, it's super $$$ for the quality.
