You feel special the moment you walk in and are treated with care. Unlike some places, on20 is not pretentious and stuffy. I asked many questions and my server was happy to explain. Given the fact that it was a holiday, the food was excellent. Four of the five courses were outstanding. The velouté course was a disappointment and lacked flavor. They also served an oyster amuse bouche that was outstanding. Service was uneven. It seemed that they didn't have enough staff to make it seamless. All in all, we'll definitely return.

The staff is very friendly and courteous, the food is of excellent quality and the place indeed has a charm to it with a very good vibe. And that amazing view is certainly a cherry on the cake.
