“It was busy when I got in last night for the fight night. I had got a table to watch the fight and my server was okay but my food was the worst I have ever had. First it was made all wrong then it was freezing cold and both times took almost a hour for my sliders and wings. The manger helped me as much as she could and was very apologetic I felt bad she looked like she was the only one out there with such a big crowd. The games were fun and the the hosts up front were very helpful finding me there manger when I couldn’t get help from servers at all.“

“Ok so it was my first time going here, and honestly it wasn't bad. The food is definitely overpriced but it was good. I only stopped in for wings and was taken by shock once I heard the price. I mean its almost as much as Hooters. Lol.. but again the food wasn't bad. Plus you can choose all flats or drumsticks for 2 bucks more which is nice. The staff here is really friendly though, everyone I interacted with was super friendly, and made me feel like they were genuinely happy to be helping me. I got my order to go and it came out in like 15 minutes and considering the size of my order and the fact that it was in the middle of the 1:00 games on a Sunday I was impressed that it wasn't longer. The only thing that turns me off about this place is the prices. But comparing their prices to their competitors it's not bad. Overall not a bad experience. But definitely expect to take out the wallet on this one if your gonna eat more than say a 10 piece wing.“

“My experience here was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. The tables are well kept and cleaned, including the balls every night. The food was great, pretty basic menu. The service was great and I have nothing but kudos to ladies that wait on us. There is league nights, so call for public availability first, I strongly suggest. This establishment is well kept, I strongly recommend to family and friends, also to the public.“

“Went to a private birthday party in the vip room. There are 6 lanes,a bar and plenty of seating. The food was buffet style and it was ok, nothing to rave about. It was basically wings and pizza.It's a great place for a kids birthday party.“

A couple of days ago I had ordered a steak salad & sweet potato fries from them through Uber eats while I was at work. When it was delivered to me, the restaurant had accidentally given me someone else’s order, so I called them & explained what had happened. They offered to remake my food & I could come pick it up at no extra cost, but the only thing was that I wasn’t able to come pick it up because I was at work. When I told them this, a worker spoke with a manager & they offered to have someone from the restaurant deliver it to me! This was so kind & they also ended up including a free app coupon, gift certificate & two cookies. They went above & beyond, I highly recommend wood n tap to anyone who enjoys great drinks, food & service!!“

Instead of a waitress or bartender spreading themselves out to everybody equally.Unfortunately it seems they have favorites and flirt. You hear staff complaining how dead is, and fail to recognize they are the problem. If they were attentive to everyone equally, instead of playing favorites and chatting.
