Over the past several months the Marlborough location has taken a nose dive with service. There is one female employee in particular who always seems to have an issue providing service to her customers. Each time my family and I have gone in during her shift she seems put off by the presence of customers. I came here today and the young man behind the counter was courteous kind and had great customer service. He made an amazing sandwich and I have not been at Subway for a while. It really did help me to understand they've created sandwiches that are much better than I remember.

Not a fan of this location. It is hit or miss at best. I have had good experience, but more bad than good. I have walked out a few times due to inattentive staff, the food in the bins looking "bad", or just the flies in the place. It is usually not clean there either.It is clear that the employees there I have encountered over the years do not want to be there.Neither do I.
