The guy working the window tonight was incredibly nice and had great customer service skills. I hope management recognizes him. Good employees can be hard to come by in service jobs. I applaud him!
I could not understand the person taking my order. When I asked for the question to be repeated, the person became annoyed. Then, he yelled in another language to a coworker. When I came to the window, the cashier was glaring at me, really mean mugging me.

The location has to get it together as far as cleanliness.. Wendy's is a good choice for food from a salad to fresh burgers. But it's only as fresh and clean as you keep the building you have to maintain the building. You have to change the carpet or clean it. You have to refresh the bathroom and. Clean the vats properly so much greasy smell. It doesn't affect the food but. Jeez . I don't like people testing my immune system..
