The location has to get it together as far as cleanliness.. Wendy's is a good choice for food from a salad to fresh burgers. But it's only as fresh and clean as you keep the building you have to maintain the building. You have to change the carpet or clean it. You have to refresh the bathroom and. Clean the vats properly so much greasy smell. It doesn't affect the food but. Jeez . I don't like people testing my immune system.. If the front is dirty what do you think people think about the back.

The Dave's Single Cheeseburger I ordered for lunch was not just cold, but shockingly so – as if it had been neglected for hours. It was so repulsive that I had to discard it after a single bite. While the fries managed to retain some warmth, they lacked the expected crispiness.The service was abysmal. Employees seemed more interested in idle chatter than attending to customers with any semblance of urgency. The ketchup station was particularly appalling, with flies buzzing around, presenting a clear hygiene concern. Even if one dared to use the ketchup, the impractical setup forced patrons to unwrap their food first.This dismal experience was not an isolated incident. Just two weeks prior, my daughter's lunch at the same Wendy's ended in disappointment. Half of her order was missing, and her burger was raw to the point of being practically frozen in the middle. Upon seeking a refund, she was met with hostility from management, who cited her use of Apple Pay through the app as grounds for refusal.Regrettably, this Wendy's location has tarnished the legacy of its founder, Dave Thomas. I vow never to return, and I caution others against risking a foodborne illness or enduring such appalling service. It's disheartening to witness a once-reputable chain descend into such disarray. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this particular Wendy's establishment.

Don't go here after 11pm, waited in line for "fast" food over 15mins. Staff didn't care they were inside laughing, not taking orders, not moving the line at all. And then they got the order wrong. Absolute joke.

The don't stay open after 2:30a.m because I pulled up to the window beeping and they totally ignored me. They other day, I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, I asked for them to be fresh, cold cold cold and the boy at the window looked high real bad.

This is the worst fast food that I have seen in my life. With only two carts in front of me it touok me 40 minutes to order and 20 minutes more to get may order. The food was so bad that I throw it away. There is no way I will ever visit another Wendys.
