Just went to the drive through at 8:30 pm on 3/20/2024I asked for a donut. The staff said they were out of donuts. So I asked if they had any desert items. She replied, we only have drinks and then she laughed loudly. So immature, So rude.

I wasn’t greeted by staff I had to go to them and ask them if someone was working the front counter and she responded with a little attitude lady came out the bathroom asked if someone took my order remind you she didn’t wash her hands before making my order and as she was putting the whip cream on my hot chocolate her finger got in the whip cream and she still handed me the hot chocolate will never return. Coffee always burnt tasting, don't get sugar half the time, I guess they are also always out of caramel because they don't put it in EVER.Food is meh, half the time not even super warm, bad portion sizes/things sloppily thrown together.There's like one or two nice/polite people working there sometimes, the rest are untrained, don't care, or have something going on at home :eyeroll:
