That is an awesome option. You can also add egg. The staff were so accommodating when we realized we hadn’t counted ourselves (the bride and groom) in the guest count and needed 2 more seats, quickly making the adjustments to the tables and to the food. The portions were generous, and all the mix-ins and proteins were thoroughly mixed with the sauces instead of the past few times where they just squirted sauces on top.

I would have to say if this is not under ownership, whoever made my bowl around 12:45pm on 7/1/25 should get a well deserved praise.

I have given up on Pokemoto on middletown and decided to order here on a whim but pleasantly surprised the change in quality (for good)

Even in New Orleans I could not find a place that even comes close to how good Rise and Shine does the biscuits and gravy. They also have an amazing Irish Benedict. “Very cute coffee shop. Friendly staff. Nice variety of regular and holiday flavors. The pumpkin chai was very good. They also offer crepes and pastries. There was a nice police officer in front on me who helped me find the entrance (you need to go through the mall entrance to get in). I offered to pay for his coffee but I guess they offer free coffee for police officers which I think is very nice perk for them for all they do. The pastries are a bit overpriced as I was having some work done on my truck so wanted to pick up some brownies and coffee cake for the employees and came to over $50 with my chai. But would still recommend. Very nice atmosphere. Was there about 9 am. I’m sure big with the college crowd :)”
